💧 Topped — Support

Hydration reminders that adjust to your day.

Topped sets a daily water goal from your weight, activity level, and today's weather, then paces it into sips: pick a glass, watch the countdown, get a nudge when it's time, and log each drink with one tap — from your iPhone or your Apple Watch.

Common questions

How is my daily goal calculated? From your body weight and activity level, adjusted upward on hot or high-UV days using local weather from Apple Weather. It's general hydration guidance, not medical advice — check with your doctor about your individual needs.

Why doesn't my goal change with the weather? Weather adjustment needs location access and a network connection. Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Topped. If location is off, your goal still works — it just uses your profile alone.

I'm not getting sip reminders. Check Settings → Notifications → Topped and make sure notifications are allowed. Reminders only run while a sip countdown is active — start one from the Home screen by choosing a glass.

How does Apple Health sync work? With Health access granted, every drink you log is saved to Apple Health as a water sample, and drinks you log on your Apple Watch appear on your iPhone. You can manage access in the Health app → your profile → Apps.

How do I add the watch-face complication? Touch and hold your watch face, tap Edit, choose a complication slot, and select Topped. It shows today's progress and opens the watch app with a tap.

How do I change my glass sizes or units? In the app under Settings — you can add your own glass sizes and switch between ounces and milliliters, or pounds and kilograms.
